Proposal focus is to make up self-mind ; self-decision is the most important for human for elderly people, to alive. So this proposal has a lot of opportunity with self-decision , and these opportunity grow active and cozy human-network with real communication.
Eating is very simple and natural desire for all ages. So that proposal idea is based on eating. Making 6 Lunch Service Units is the key of this proposal. 6 Lunch Service Units are connected by EV（Electric Vehicle）. It makes elderly people easy to go. There are electric station with those Lunch Service Units, and support EV and how to use.
Restore sugar mill, plantation manager's house, store, office, and old rail-way and station; make historical spot for sightseeing. Build up the tourist industry; make many opportunity to elderly people working for the tourist industry.
自立を促す提案；自己の判断を持つ事は人、高齢者が生きる不可欠な要素といえる。この提案は、多様な自己判断の機会を創りだすことで、活動的で快適な人の繋がりを生み出す切掛となるものである。
食事は人にとって極めて基本的で自然な欲求であり、この提案の着想も食にある。その核である６つのランチサービスユニットは、EV(簡易電気自動車）によって結ばれている。EVは高齢者が難なく屋外へでる動機となり、サービスユニットはEVの管理機能を兼ね備える。
数ある歴史的建造物を再生し、観光資産として活用する。観光産業を軌道に乗せることで高齢者が仕事を持つ機会を提供する。
